Risk and Limitations Notice
No Financial Advice
Radar 61 is an AI-powered market intelligence and signal analysis platform. All content, features, outputs, and communications provided by or through Radar 61 — including but not limited to signal cards, confidence scores, pattern identifications, entry points, stop loss levels, take profit targets, risk-reward ratios, alert notifications, macro analysis, news intelligence, and educational content — are provided for informational and analytical purposes only.
Nothing on Radar 61 constitutes, or should be construed as:
- Financial advice or investment advice of any kind
- A personal recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument
- An offer or solicitation to enter into any transaction
- A regulated investment service
- Tax advice, legal advice, or any other form of professional advisory service
No element of Radar 61, including its AI scoring engine, is a substitute for independent professional financial advice tailored to your personal circumstances, financial situation, risk tolerance, and investment objectives.
Nature of Signals and Scores
Radar 61 generates signals and confidence scores based on algorithmic and AI-assisted analysis of market data using technical, fundamental, and sentiment-based methodologies. These outputs represent pattern-based assessments of market conditions at a point in time. They are not predictions of future price movements.
A signal with a confidence score of 9.0/10 does not mean the trade will be profitable. It means the analysis identified a high degree of methodological confluence based on the data available at the time of generation. Markets are inherently uncertain. No scoring system, regardless of its methodology, can guarantee a specific outcome.
Confidence scores, signal tags, and trade structure data (entry, SL, TP) are calculated using defined, rules-based criteria. They are starting points for your own analysis and decision-making — not instructions to trade.
Risk Warning
Trading and investing in financial markets — including but not limited to foreign exchange, indices, commodities, equities, cryptocurrencies, and derivatives — involves a significant and real risk of financial loss. The risk of loss can equal or exceed your initial capital. Leveraged products amplify both gains and losses. Past market behaviour does not guarantee or predict future results.
You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. You should not make trading decisions based solely on any tool, platform, signal service, or automated system, including Radar 61.
Before trading, consider whether you fully understand the products involved, the risks associated with leverage and volatility, and whether trading is appropriate for your financial situation. If in doubt, seek independent professional advice from a licensed financial adviser.
No Guarantee of Results
Radar 61 makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, that use of Radar 61 will result in profitable trades, improved trading performance, or any specific financial outcome.
Historical performance data, backtested results, and illustrative signal examples presented on or in connection with Radar 61 are provided for informational purposes only. They are not indicative of future results. Backtesting involves applying a strategy to historical data, which carries inherent limitations including hindsight bias, data quality limitations, and the inability to replicate real-world execution conditions.
No system, algorithm, AI model, or analytical method can guarantee accuracy in predicting financial market movements.
Regulatory Status
Radar 61 is not a licensed broker, dealer, investment adviser, fund manager, or regulated financial services provider in any jurisdiction. Radar 61 is a market intelligence and analysis tool, not a regulated investment service.
Users in jurisdictions that require licensing for the provision of investment signals, trading recommendations, or financial analysis services are responsible for ensuring that their use of Radar 61 complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.
Signal providers who distribute Radar 61 outputs to third parties are solely responsible for ensuring that their own activities comply with applicable financial services regulations in their operating jurisdictions. Radar 61 accepts no liability for the activities of signal providers using the platform.
Third-Party Data and External Sources
Radar 61 incorporates data from third-party sources including market data providers, economic calendar services, and news feeds. Radar 61 does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of third-party data.
Market data, economic events, and news sentiment outputs on the platform reflect data as received from these external sources. Errors, delays, or omissions in third-party data can and do occur. Trading decisions based on erroneous or delayed data are made entirely at your own risk.
System Availability and Reliability
Radar 61 is provided on an "as available" basis. Radar 61 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or real-time operation of the platform. System outages, latency, signal delivery delays, or disruptions may occur due to technical issues, maintenance, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
Missed signals, delayed alerts, or failed notifications resulting from system unavailability are not the liability of Radar 61. You should not rely on Radar 61 as your sole mechanism for monitoring live market positions or managing open trades.
Backtesting and Historical Analysis Limitations
The backtesting tools and historical performance data available on Radar 61 are provided for research and analytical purposes only. All backtested results are hypothetical and do not represent actual trading results. They are subject to the following inherent limitations:
- Hindsight bias: Backtesting applies current knowledge to historical data
- Execution assumptions: Results assume idealised execution that may not reflect real spreads, slippage, or liquidity conditions
- Data quality: Historical data may contain gaps, errors, or survivorship bias
- Market regime changes: Conditions that existed in historical data may not recur
Hypothetical or simulated performance results have inherent limitations and should not be interpreted as a reliable indicator of future actual performance.
Jurisdictional Restrictions
Radar 61 is not directed at users in jurisdictions where the platform or its features would constitute a regulated financial service requiring licensing not held by Radar 61. It is your responsibility to determine whether access to and use of Radar 61 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
Radar 61 does not represent that it is appropriate, legally compliant, or available for use in all jurisdictions. Access from restricted jurisdictions is at your own risk and sole responsibility.
User Responsibility
You are solely and entirely responsible for:
- All trading decisions you make, whether or not informed by Radar 61 outputs
- Setting and enforcing your own risk management parameters, position sizing, and trade management rules
- Independently verifying signals, scores, and analysis before acting on them
- Understanding the financial instruments you trade and the risks involved
- Ensuring your use of Radar 61 complies with applicable laws, regulations, and your broker's terms of service
- Any losses, costs, or consequences arising from your trading activity
Radar 61 is not your trading adviser, broker, or fiduciary. The platform is a tool. How you use it, and the decisions you make based on it, remain entirely your own.
